Cadillac Elmiraj Concept Coupe is a new design vision for a grand coupe expressing the pure enjoyment of driving. The appearance is streamlined and pure, a fresh new expression of Cadillac’s Art & Science design philosophy. The Concept also represents an exploration of how Cadillac designers are approaching the expansion and elevation of the top of the range. Designated with the brand’s new “Vsport” classification, the coupe sports a powerful new twin-turbocharged 4.5 liter V8 engine under the hood – capable of roughly 500 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque to boot. In terms of the luxurious interior, caramel-colored leather dominates the four-seat arrangement alongside Brazilian Rosewood accents while a raised center console stretches the entire cabin from front to back.
Laraki Motors Epitome Concept is built on the chassis of a C6 Corvette with the body panels crafted entirely of carbon fiber (curb weight is 2,800 pounds). The 7.0-liter Chevy V8 has been given all new internals and hooked up to a pair of identical turbochargers producing 1,200 horsepower on pump gas. The Laraki comes with two gas tanks with one chamber meant for Regular and another intending to hold 110 octane. At the touch of a button, the Epitome will change its ECU map, allowing it to burn gas from both tanks, and raising the output to a nearly unbelievable 1,750 hp. Currently limited to 9 cars.
